WHO WE ARE

Established by Larissa Andrews in 2024 as a sole consultancy,  LA Impact Solutions has grown into a collective of consultants with expertise across specialised fields including social impact, equity, diversity and inclusion, sustainability, ESG, workforce participation, and education, training and development.

We partner with organisations to design and deliver strategic advisory services to businesses and NGOs to align sustainability, stakeholder priorities, and measurable social value. We support organisations navigate complex environments where community expectations, ESG commitments, social responsibility and organisational performance converge.

Our approach ensures that strategy is shaped through meaningful stakeholder insights and translated into practical, achievable strategic initiatives deigned to improve effectiveness, efficient allocation of resources and optimise sustainable outcomes.
