Larissa Andrews

Larissa Andrews is a strategic leader specialising in stakeholder engagement, social impact and sustainable program design and delivery.
With more than twenty years of experience spanning higher education, government and the not-for-profit sector, Larissa has led delivery and evaluation of initiatives and services that improve social, economic and wellbeing outcomes for under-represented and disadvantaged communities. Her more recent work focuses on social value, impact measurement, and integrating ESG principles, corporate social responsibility and systems thinking into organisational strategy, and program design and delivery. Larissa has extensive experience developing, delivering and evaluating programs tailored to diverse sociocultural cohorts, including First Nations and other culturally and linguistically marginalised communities. Within this context she has worked closely with industry, government and community partners to build collaborative initiatives that strengthen pathways into professional careers, and retention, with a significant focus on the Engineering and STEM industries. Larissa is currently completing a Graduate Certificate in ESG Leadership through Edith Cowan University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Curtin University. She is an avid traveler, creative, dog lover and social and environmental justice advocate. |
